After hour callers on our main business number are referred to the information line and this web site. Between 1000 (winter) and 1600 (summer) callers access the Information Line monthly. The number of visitors to the rental information on this web site is even greater. The information on the Information Line and the web site is updated daily as the availability of homes changes. The Rental Information Line and this Web Site are advertised daily in the Fresno Bee, in both the SBC and Valley Yellow and in several on-line Yellow pages. The cost of this advertising is included in our low monthly management fee. Individual ads are placed in the Fresno Bee for most homes. Our discounted contract cost for Bee advertising is passed on to the property owner. Ads are rotated to minimize the cost to the property owner and to maximize market exposure.
